Premier Operating Owns this Drive-In
Starlite Theatre 506 cars
Sunset Theatre 304 cars
Cosmic Theatre NOW OPEN!
The 5 Drive-in is owned and operated by Premier Operating who also own the Mustang Drive-in  in London. The third screen, Cosmic was added in 2001 and was apart of a wonderful upgrade including transforming the snack bar near the Starlite screen (screen 1) into an authentic 50's diner equipped with juke box. Premier has a very creative idea of naming all their drive-ins' screens. 5's screen 1 is Starlite, which is as big as if not bigger than an IMAX screen. Screen 2 is Sunset which is as big as (if not bigger) than a regular in-door state of the art multiplex screen. Screen 3 is Cosmic. 5 has 2 snack bars including the diner, the other snack bar is a regular traditional concession which has an awesome nostalgic design and is located at the back of the Sunset lot. Premier really cares about this drive-in, they have sacrificed so much to keep it so wonderful and beautiful. The Allens, (Premier) do not just see their drive-in as some gold mine as many others would.

Parkway Drive-In trivia from Doug Gorden, an employee of this drive-in
* The exit road was a favroite meeting and "parking" spot for boss's and their secrectaries during working hours, the fence blocked the view from the street.
* Pumpkin orange and Yellow colours on the fence and the snack bar, Odeon belived that these colour triggered people to get hungry and buy from the snack bar.
* Oversized parking spaces
* The Parkway never had radio sound.
* Huge snack bar
* Cineplex-Odeon was going to make the Parkway an 3-screen drive-in, wanted out of a partnership with Barry Allen of Premier Theatres, Cineplex's Garth Drabineky didn't like drive-ins (Except in Québec) and sold the land for $CAN 12 million. (To pay for the Imperial Six coup. )
